10 May 2012: A few years ago I misplaced a whole bunch of my join forms, so if the current members would please resend join forms I'd appreciate it, especially Renee since I am not sure what country she is from. Apparently I had her listed in the Philippines and Russia. She is now listed in the Philippines until I get a replacement join form from her that tells me otherwise (if that is the case).
